Lead Growth Product Manager

We are hiring a Lead Growth Product Manager in Pune for a team working across Growth, Experimentation, Analytics. 7-9 years of experience.

Growth, Experimentation, Analytics, with Metrics, A/B testing, product management across the wider stack.

• 7-9 years with Growth in a working team.
• Hands-on depth in Experimentation, Analytics, enough to defend a decision you made in each, and name the one you rejected.
• Working familiarity with Metrics, A/B testing, product management.
• You have led work across more than one person's remit: setting the direction, holding it, and being answerable when it slipped.
• The ability to explain a decision to somebody who did not make it. Every round here includes it.

Not the focus of the interview, but part of the job. Teams ask about these, so be ready to talk about them:

• SQL, so your numbers do not depend on somebody else's queue
• Experiment design and reading a result honestly, including a flat one
• Writing: a spec, a decision, and the reason you rejected the alternative
• Working with engineering on scope rather than at it

Expect to be asked how you would approach a problem in each of the areas above, and why you would not take the obvious route. Then one level down on whichever answer was weakest.
