For hiring teams
The candidates already studied for your interview.
Tezvyn is an interview-prep app with a job board attached. You tell us what your interview covers, we publish it with the role, and people apply having prepared for the conversation you were going to have anyway. No listing fee, no subscription, no contract.

We are recruiters and engineers. The recruiting desk has been filling these roles for a decade; the engineering side is IIT alumni and ex-DRDO, and they are the people who write the interview material. More about how we work.
Hiring partner
CodersBrain is our hiring partner: an IT staffing and software development firm built by the same team, and the desk a large share of these roles comes through.

What hiring teams say
“The people we've hired through them have been genuinely strong. That's the part that matters to us, and it has held up.”

What the candidates say about the prep
“The material was accurate. Questions I'd read came up in the actual interview — that's the part I didn't expect.”
DishubSoftware engineer · Bengaluru “Genuinely useful preparation. I went in feeling like I'd covered the ground rather than hoping I had.”
Syam NagaSoftware engineer · Hyderabad “There's a lot of AI-written material around now and most of it blurs together. This didn't. It read like someone had thought about what interviewers actually ask — and then that's what I got asked.”

How a role moves
- 01
You name the interview
Not the JD. What the interview will actually probe: hooks internals, SSR versus RSC, state trade-offs. Two minutes of a hiring manager's time.
- 02
We publish it as prep
The role goes live with that line on it, linked to the breakdowns that teach it. That is why the postings get read.
- 03
They prepare, then apply
Applying needs a signed-in profile, a resume and explicit consent to share both. No anonymous contact rows.
- 04
You get the record
Resume and profile, plus what they studied on your stack, their quiz accuracy, and any mock-interview scores.
What arrives with each applicant
Every claim below is a number we hold. Where the evidence stops, we say so.
They studied your topics
Applicants read the interview breakdowns for your stack. We can tell you how many, because a read is a row.
Where it stops: Evidence of effort, not of ability.
Their recall is measured
Every breakdown carries a quiz. Accuracy comes through with the application, reported only above five answers.
Where it stops: Multiple choice measures recall, not judgement. A filter, not a ranking.
Some arrive already scored
Candidates can take an AI mock interview, scored against a rubric taken verbatim from the card. Two scores are comparable in a way two interviewers' impressions are not.
Where it stops: It is a paid product, so most applicants will not have one. No score means no score.

- Your company name
- Hidden until you shortlist
Tezvyn earns from candidates who buy mock interviews, not from you. Your roles are what makes the prep worth doing, so we have no reason to flood you with applications.
The questions you were about to ask
- Why is my company name hidden?
- Roles list an anonymous descriptor, “US-based fintech client”. It stops candidates routing around us mid-process and means nothing on your careers page has to change. We share your name when you shortlist.
- How many candidates will I get?
- Fewer than a general job board, by design. Applying needs an account, a profile and a resume, so the funnel loses everyone who would have sent a blank form.
- What if a mock-interview score is wrong?
- It is one signal beside the resume, never a gate, and we do not filter your applicants by it. It arrives with the rubric points it hit, so you can disagree with it specifically.
Tell us what you’re hiring for
One role or twenty. We come back within two working days with what the interview page would say, and you decide whether to publish it.
