Delete your account
You can do this yourself, right here, without emailing anyone or explaining why.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, name, email and phone
- Your resume, from storage and from backups within 30 days
- Your job applications and their status
- Reading history, quiz results, streaks and XP
- Any unused mock-interview sessions
What we cannot delete
An application already forwarded to a hiring company is with them now, and we cannot recall it, the same way an email cannot be unsent. Their privacy policy governs it from there, and you can ask them directly.
Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. That is longer than we would otherwise keep anything.
Other options
If you only want your resume gone, you can remove it from your profile and keep the account. If you want a copy of your data before deleting, or you want to nominate someone to act for you, write to privacy@tezvyn.com.
