About Tezvyn

Tez means fast in Hindi.

Tezvyn is a recruitment and learning company. Our app makes tech learning and revision bite-sized, so you can fit a little of either into the time you already spend scrolling.

Scroll through short explanations, interview questions and News. Save a useful bite for later or try a quiz to check what you remember. Read on your commute, during a break or between meetings. You can start with one idea without planning a long study session.

We also help our clients find candidates. Tezvyn conducts the first interview, and the client conducts the remaining rounds if you progress. Learning and mock practice are optional and do not affect recruitment decisions.

How Tezvyn cards are made

Interview cards start from a real interview question. Each one is then structured against the same rubric a senior interviewer works from: what the question is actually testing, what a strong answer covers, the wrong answers that end the conversation, and the follow-up that comes next.

Being straight about the rest: that structuring is done by large language models against a fixed template, not written by hand, and a human has not line-edited all 8,600+ of them. Every card runs automated checks for length, structure, quiz validity and duplication before it can publish. Where a card is distilled from a specific article, that source is linked at the bottom of the page.

What that means in practice: the format is consistent and the coverage is broad, but treat Tezvyn as a fast way to find and revise ideas, not as a citable authority. Check the official docs before you ship something load-bearing on it.

Who builds this

Two halves, and Tezvyn only works because both are here.

The recruiting side has been placing engineers for ten years. Over 1,000 people into jobs, across more than 200 companies and 50 recruiting partners. MNCs, product companies, and teams nobody had heard of that turned out to be the better move. On-site, hybrid and remote.

The engineering side is IIT alumni and ex-DRDO, who have sat on the other side of these interviews and know what a strong answer sounds like at 4pm on a Thursday.

That combination is the whole product. A recruiting desk on its own would list roles it could not explain the interview for. Engineers on their own would write good questions with no jobs attached to them. Together you get what is on this site: openings that arrive with the topics their interview will cover, and cards written by people who have asked those questions and heard the answers that landed.

You will never pay us anything. Not to apply, not to interview, not a cut of your salary when you are placed. If somebody claiming to represent Tezvyn asks you for money, they are not us. Write to support@tezvyn.com and we will deal with it.

How the hiring itself works

You are employed by Tezvyn and you work on site with our client, so your salary and payslip come from us. How hiring works covers the rest: why the roles describe the company instead of naming it, when you get the name, and what happens to an application at every step after you send it.
