Welcome to Tezvyn. By using our mobile application or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Tezvyn, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Tezvyn is an educational platform that delivers bite-sized learning cards on technology topics. Features include personalized feeds, quizzes, streaks, achievements, and bookmarks.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Tezvyn.
• One person may maintain only one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content in bulk
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Use automated tools to create accounts or interact with the service

5. Content

Learning card content is curated and summarized by Tezvyn from publicly available sources. Original sources are attributed where applicable. The content is provided for educational purposes only.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all content is error-free. Tezvyn is not a substitute for professional advice.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Tezvyn may offer premium subscription plans with additional features. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are governed by Google Play’s policies. There is no iOS app, so no subscription is sold through the Apple App Store.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Interview Packs and Refunds

Mock interview sessions are sold in packs. They are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and a session is spent when an interview starts.

Your first pack, refunded within 7 days, no questions asked. Write to support@tezvyn.com within seven days of buying your first pack and we refund it in full, to the original payment method. This covers the first pack bought on an account, whether or not the sessions have been used; the sessions from that pack are removed from your account when the refund is processed. Later packs are refunded at our discretion.

Packs bought on tezvyn.com are paid through our payment provider and refunded by us. Packs bought in the Android app are Google Play purchases: Google holds the payment and processes those refunds under Google Play’s policies, so requests for them are made through Play.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Account deletion permanently removes all your personal data, reading history, bookmarks, quiz results, and achievements. This action cannot be undone.

9. Intellectual Property

The Tezvyn name, logo, and app design are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tezvyn is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the app.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tezvyn after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
