1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LearnBites, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

LearnBites is an educational platform that delivers bite-sized learning cards on technology topics. Features include personalized feeds, quizzes, streaks, achievements, and bookmarks.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use LearnBites.
• One person may maintain only one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content in bulk
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Use automated tools to create accounts or interact with the service

5. Content

Learning card content is curated and summarized by LearnBites from publicly available sources. Original sources are attributed where applicable. The content is provided for educational purposes only.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all content is error-free. LearnBites is not a substitute for professional advice.

6. Premium Subscriptions

LearnBites may offer premium subscription plans with additional features. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the respective store's policies.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Account deletion permanently removes all your personal data, reading history, bookmarks, quiz results, and achievements. This action cannot be undone.

8. Intellectual Property

The LearnBites name, logo, and app design are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

LearnBites is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LearnBites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
