Lead Scrum Master

We are hiring a Lead Scrum Master in Noida for a team working across Agile, Scrum, project management. 7-9 years of experience.

Agile, Scrum, project management, with Leadership, product management, Metrics across the wider stack.

• 7-9 years with Agile in a working team.
• Hands-on depth in Scrum, project management, enough to defend a decision you made in each, and name the one you rejected.
• Working familiarity with Leadership, product management, Metrics.
• You have led work across more than one person's remit: setting the direction, holding it, and being answerable when it slipped.
• The ability to explain a decision to somebody who did not make it. Every round here includes it.

Not the focus of the interview, but part of the job. Teams ask about these, so be ready to talk about them:

• A tracker used properly: Jira, Linear or equivalent
• Release and dependency management across more than one team
• Enough technical literacy to challenge an estimate rather than record it
• Metrics that mean something: cycle time, escaped defects, predictability

Expect to be asked how you would approach a problem in each of the areas above, and why you would not take the obvious route. Then one level down on whichever answer was weakest.
